Thank you for purchasing from Sourcely.

As our products are delivered digitally, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and the digital product has been delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.
  • You did not receive your digital product due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we cannot provide a working replacement.

To request assistance, please contact us at Sourcely@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions above.
